We did it, we bought our dream house and all thanks to Paige! I was so impressed with her responsiveness and attention to detail throughout the whole home buying process. She really listened to our needs, tailored listings, answered questions we had super quickly and helped us negotiate a (well) below listing price on our new home. And to top it all off she made the whole home buying process fun with some razzle dazzle (if you know Paige, you know). ;). Thanks again Paige!

A big thank you to Pierre and the people that was working with him. It was a good experience and Meeting you, very good at your job and it was quick thank you.

If you are a New home seller, I would highly not recommend. This was probably one of the most frustrating process. I went through. I had to essentially bring in an additional real estate agent to help close the deal. I don’t think the deal would’ve closed successfully without the help that I brought in also, there was multiple communication breakdowns after multiple attempts of trying to make the communication better. There was nothing but pushback I felt unheard and stuck in a horrible situation. Also, when it came to the style of communication, it felt as though I was alone during this . The ball was dropped multiple times that resulted in me essentially losing money and the lack of knowledge truly shined through. I was essentially stuck to figure out everything on my own until I brought in secondary help.again I would not recommend utilizing this real estate agent in any capacity, especially if you are a new buyer or Home seller. This team skill may be better suited for those who have been doing this for a while or with prior experience.
