If you are a New home seller, I would highly not recommend. This was probably one of the most frustrating process. I went through. I had to essentially bring in an additional real estate agent to help close the deal. I don’t think the deal would’ve closed successfully without the help that I brought in also, there was multiple communication breakdowns after multiple attempts of trying to make the communication better. There was nothing but pushback I felt unheard and stuck in a horrible situation. Also, when it came to the style of communication, it felt as though I was alone during this . The ball was dropped multiple times that resulted in me essentially losing money and the lack of knowledge truly shined through. I was essentially stuck to figure out everything on my own until I brought in secondary help.again I would not recommend utilizing this real estate agent in any capacity, especially if you are a new buyer or Home seller. This team skill may be better suited for those who have been doing this for a while or with prior experience.

I loved working with lasha, she was very responsive and personable. From the start it felt like I was working with a friend rather than a realtor. She’s truly the best and I would 100% work with her in the future:)
